Garmin 396 24-volt power?
Is the 24Volt system stepped down to 12Volt for the Cig lighter?
Check the auto/aircraft manual for that one. There are not too many appliances that are ready to plug into 24Volt systems. Could always "smoke check" with a cheaper appliance.
