Notam's ?? how are they enforced and by whom?
Wash DC's Notam is interesting to note as it specifically states basically
any type of unmanned remote controlled device is forbidden from flying in the area. Should I fly my drone in that restricted space, which law enforcement agency has authority to cite me? As I understand, only the FAA can enforce notam's. If that is wrong, please educate me.
