That's never happened to me. Now that I'm aware of the possibility I'll be
sure to mention in future invitations that aerial photography of ground
installations without a Federal Permit is a violation of the Patriot Act.
That'll stop 'em.

Aww...I've taken first-timers who weren't sure they'd be comfortable in a small
plane, and after getting them familiar with the controls and a few things like
tuning in the ADF successfully, I'll let 'em spot a familiar point on the
ground...and before long they're so delighted picking out their favorite
landmark, they don't notice I'm doing a fairly steep turn to keep it in sight
(carefully coordinated, of course!)
