Id imagine there already have been posts on it, but oh well. Anyone know if it's accessible by GA aircraft? No unfortunately not. Your best bet is go to one of the FBO's and get the courtesy car. Signature at one time said they'd run you down in their van (that way you avoid paying the museum parking), but they seem to have forgotten about that by the time opening day rolled around. There is a taxiway (the museum is careful to call it a "tow road"), but they won't let you taxi up to museum. That's a shame, the thing has a huge ramp. Margy is lobbying for a GA fly-in day, but so far it's not gone anywhere. |
