Hi and welcome. What's the small-airplane situation in Hong Kong? I just
read that all of China is IFR-only, but is planning to create VFR some time.

And what's the Latin alphabet spelling of your name?

(by the way, is a valid email address at Microsoft,
but I suspect it's only used for some forms of testing)

Yes, be very careful, otherwise Mr. Hotze will climb all over you.

Call me Vincent. "®ö¤H" is just a nickname of mine in other Chinese newsgroups. Actually I dunno much about planes, not to mention small-airplanes. I just found this newsgroup and found that the stuff you guys discussed was very interesting.

Oh, sorry, I just filled in the email address casually. It was a fake one. It was not mine. But I dunno it is valid!
