I heard that it was not too inviting for aircraft there (although it

I've never experienced the Brining Man. IIRC, it started out as a
group of folks who lit a beach bonfire annually. The authorities
stopped it, and it was relocated to the Nevada desert. Now its grown
into what we would have characterized as a Love-in in the '60s with
lots of artsy libertines enjoying the freedom of the desert
environment and the camaraderie of their fellows. It might be worth
attending just to experience Dr. MegaVolt's act. Did you see that on
