Boy, they really closed the barn door after the horse bolted. There was a TFR in 1980, too. The TFR is not protect the volcano, it is to protect you. Personally, I am coming around to the opinion that they should just let anyone in there who wants to see it, including airplanes, as long as they sign a waiver that they will not sue anyone in the event that they run into each other or are killed by the volcano. |
