/snip/ Not allowed by who? Does the airline consider it confidential for business reasons, or does the FAA consider it confidential for national security reasons? Roy, Our General Ops Manual, which contains our Ops Specs, contains an opening statement that says: "Disclosure of the contents of this manual without the authorization of (company) is cause for employee dismissal." I'm not sure that a FOIA request wouldn't require the FAA to cough up their copies, though. Unless there is some clause in FOIA that protects proprietary information. Happy Flying! Scott Skylane |
