This case is more of a testament to the sheer depths that trial lawers have
sunk (and more specifically, the tort happy mentality of society ion general)
rather than a commentary on the incestuous relationship of Delta and
the city of Atlanta.

When the concept of individual responsibility ceases to exist and laws allow
*anyone* to sue *anyone* for whatever reason that is a signal that the end
of productive life as we used to know it in the United States is near.
