For the single engine fixed-pitch prop, increasing the RPM will increase
the airspeed, thus increasing the lift (and the plane will climb, assuming
no change in trim). Also, there will be a left-turn tendency (think about
the difference in thrust of each blade due to angle-of-attack variances
as it spins).
