Thanks! Now I see why I couldn't find it on the Internet - it was never
there. Now that I think on it, I remember looking at that issue and
thinking "This is great! We're finally getting _Soaring_ content that's
both practical and technical!" And then I put it in the pile to go to
the dentist's waiting room.

It's listed on Liebacher's Soaring Magazine index, always a good place
to try if you suspect it was in the magazine, or can't find it anyplace
else.
