According to whois, it's in Hong Kong.

The whois lookup will only tell you where the domain name is hosted. It
doesn't tell that the user is co-located with the host.

Normally, there would be a "NNTP-Posting-Host" field in the message headers
that gives you the actual IP address of the person who posted the message.
But the message in question here doesn't include that.

So, the best you can do is know that the NNTP server used was
usenetzone.com's. The person using it could have been anywhere (though, for
a good reason, it's possible usenetzone.com would check their logs and be
able to tell you the exact source of the message).
