WashPost had an article today on Boeing, and THEIR quality-control issues...

I hope to have my Mooney back to Cameron Park soon. Its been down at
the factory service center for a new aileron after a Mexico truck
accident. With the weather lately they've been unable to paint. Since I
have several mutli-color'd stripes on the aileron, its taking forever
to get enough dry weather for each color to dry before shooting the
next.
I'm fortunate to be working with a couple Mooney students right now or
I'd be grounded.

Do you normally keep your Arrow at Cameron Park?

We're based at Lincoln. Well...except for the last three weeks as we've
been taking up a slot in Main Air's hangar.
