I'd love to get the auto fuel STC for my Skylane, but I've not been able to find a website, either by the NC DOT or whomever, indicating whether or not mogas has alcohol in NC. So far, the pumps I've been at don't indicate alcohol contents, but I don't know if it's required or not. Mogas pumps that contain alcohol are required to be labeled as such. I don't remember how I know that, but I am sure that is the case. Not in Michigan they aren't. The pumps only have a sticker that says the gas meets some specific standard number for gas. Here there is no lable that tells you what is in the gas. So it depends on the state regulations. You'd have to research the regs in NC to be sure one way or the other. Other counties near them may have them added, if their suppliers are in one of those counties. |

The OP was asking about NC, and my sig line... Well, you know what I did! g -- Jim in NC |
