Screen freezing.
Trying to put together MSFS 2004/ XP Pro / Sidewinder Forcefeedback Pro but
cannot get beyond "frozen cockpit". Joystick appears to pass all calibration checks. Previously, no problems with MSFS 98/ Windows 98/ Sidewinder F/F Pro. Sorry if old,old query - new to this group. Many thanks any simple inexpensive quick fix, if it exists.

Up to date drivers for XP ??

Can you tell me, if my MS Sidewinder ForceFeedback Pro Joystick, about five years old,is compatible with MSFS 2004 or has Bill Gates decided I need to buy a Sidewinder Mk 2??? Screen freezing.
Personally I'd say ditch the Sidewinder and go for a Saitek X52. But
that's my opinion.
