Should have put the Avenger passenger (or a warbird fan) sitting on the
wing to clear the taxiway in front. Thats how they did it in WW 2 - lots of pics of P-47s and Spitfires with a crewchief hanging on to the guns. Stupid. Kirk |

It really is not necessary, if you S'turn deeply, and don't just guess that there is nobody in front of you. It seems to have worked for many years, for most warbird pilots.
