2 deg. C too high
Using groundspeed would be a good idea and almost all of us do use it
to some extent, getting it from our GPS. It is much more accurate than an airspeed indicator. But for ATC to use it EVERYONE would have to have it and that's not the case. Some planes still don't have a GPS.
