Just to follow up, I went on there different occasions with my wife.
I never recovered my cost, once I broke nearly even. The convention was a bit of a holiday, good times, good food and making contact with old as well as new customers. In the early days, I think it was beneficial overall, now 10 years ago. Udo Matt Herron Jr. wrote: I am considering getting a booth at the Memphis SSA convention, but am not sure it is the right venue. Can someone that has attended in the past tell me the type of exhibitors that typically go, and the kind of folks that attend as well (experienced pilots, CFIGs, studens, all of the above, etc.) Did you have a good time? Would you do it again? Thanks for your inpt, Matt Herron (Jr) GlidePlan, Inc. |
