I think airlines should charge by the pound for tickets. :-) Matt |

Jay Leno mentioned this in his monolog last night.
He mentioned that the two seats were right and left window seats. Kingfish wrote: Such honesty - I love the French : ) http://blogs.usatoday.com/sky/2006/1...ance_sued.html |

Yeah, hasn't this guy ever watched A&E's show "Airline", with Southwest making people buy two seats all the time? It also showed me that you'd better not be late to their gates, or come drunk or noisy from a bar!! Kev |

drunk or noisy from a bar!! Kev With the exception of being drunk, thats why I fly private (I don't fly when drunk, though), I get to make my own schedule and adjust it as I go. |

I used to fly US Air between Cleveland and Ottawa (with a change in Pittsburgh) fairly regularly, and I swear it was US Air's policy to put guys in the exit rows who were so fat they were panting from the effort of walking half way down the length of the plane. If you're a Monty Python fan, think "Mr. Creosote". I'd spent the whole flight wondering how you'd tunnel through one of these lard mountains if you needed to get out that exit door, because they sure as hell couldn't get through them even if they survived the effort of opening the door. -- Paul Tomblin http://blog.xcski.com/ ....I'm not one of those who think Bill Gates is the devil. I simply suspect that if Microsoft ever met up with the devil, it wouldn't need an interpreter. -- Nick Petreley |
