Anyway, if a $ appears in the METAR, does it mean that:
1. No METAR info should be trusted
2. All METAR info should be trusted but some might be missing
3. It is guaranteed to be VFR anyway

So what does $$ or $$$ mean? And what about the level/quality of
service? Hours of operation? Dinner only or lunch & dinner? Open
on Mondays? How about weekend brunch?
