On initial evaluation they have not been able to determine why it isn't passing their validation software. I have borrowed a friends EW Model D. Files transferred using EW Windows Uploader, SeeYou and ConnectMe pass the EW IGCshell validation utility. My Garmin 12xl is set to WGS 84. Thank you for your suggestion.
