military experience
"who cares?" wrote in message news:Y3A0i.18960$LJ3.11815@trnddc02... One of my kids is enlisting in the military. She is requesting training as an aviation mechanic. Does anybody know if the schooling and experience in the military would have any value when attempting to get an A&P certificate from the FAA? Yes, that's how I got my A&P ticket, but the experience must be recent or concurrent.
