Here are links to every episode of the "Sky King" TV show. I wonder
if any pilots on this ng were inspired as kids by this how?

Sky King and Rip Cord as well.

Sky King and Rip Cord as well.

Whirlybirds, Sea Hunt, Voyage to See What is on the Bottom (Flying
Sub), the original Star Trek.

Yes, at 11:00 AM, I was parked in front of the TV every Saturday
morning watching Sky King. This was the spark that made me know
that I wanted to fly.

Best regards,

OK. . . quick before the links die, please explain to an extreme end-
user, how to save those files to a CD. I am not an audiophile/
videophile, so I would opt for the basic straight forward method,
without any attempt to enhance the recording.

Perhaps like so many things that I remember from my youth as being so
good, I will be disappointed after an episode or two. But it seems to
me that this would be a good way to kill a few hours in the hotel room
during my next few trips.

Thank you so much AJ for posting the links. This was my all time
favorite TV program when I could calculate my age using the fingers on
one hand.

Take care . . .

John
