Default Franklin engine parts availability?

Hi to all,
I'm curious if anyone has first hand experience with keeping Franklin
engines running? I'm curious about a couple of homebuilts on
barnstormers that are for sale, and I see that some Maule's have them
as well (which a friend of mine in interested in buying) and was
curious if parts are still being made (especially for the 90 hp
version) or if there is any factory support at all? Weren't they being
built in Poland for a period of time? Is the type certificate back in
the US?

Thanks,
Ryan in Madison

Not really a problem if you know where to go. The best suppliers I
found for my Franklin 6 are Susan in TX at 903-626-5115 and Bruce Kown
in GA at 770-386-7435

You can also go to the Franklin news group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/franklinengines/
for more information.
