I think there are only two or three canard's among the group of home builders here in the Ireland. Like the EAA we have the Society of Amature Aircraft Constructors (SAAC) and operate out of a field in the SW corner of Co Wexford. However I'm involved with a group that operate a Rallye 100 out of the same field. I dream about building some day. I've tried to find him and get in touch with him ever since, but that's all I have.
