No. It was not big enough to lift anyone off the ground. Not even the 6
year old boy...

So it would only be "unmanned"...

Don't forget, agl here mean 4950' msl or better. And adjusting for
density, etc...

100% stunt of course. This thing passed about 10 miles north of my
house and came down about 15 miles east.
