Actually, I think the iPAQ hx4700 series has the best display; with
the "PNA" devices (HP 340 and similar units) just about tied - but
with a slightly trickier setup if you need to connect to any external
devices (since the PNA devices have no wired connectors).

Nice thing is that you can get hx4700 or hx4705 units on eBay for
about $120, whereas the PNA units are around $200 - $250.
