IGC announces new glider classes

that really got taken) 800 and 1000 (Because the 1000 will not have a
chance in the 20M class).

The week after that they will set up more classes based on who is
willing to pay them the most to get their own class.

March 2010 will be remembered as the end of the beginning of
meaningful glider racing. *The begin was adding the 18M and World
Class without removing any classes.
