Pasted from OLC rules drop down menu:
The best 18 clubs of the US-League 2009 will participate in the US Gold-League 2010. All clubs not listed in the Gold-League will automatically participate in the US Silver-League. Do they have a 'Dirt' league?.........Dave's in Platinum league.......
