Hi,
There is a minor bug in that suggestion. The Cambridge GPS-NAV doesn't start sending GPS data out the DB-9 port until the PDA software requests the start of the transmission of the data. However, the date is always sent out the RJ (data to L-NAV) cable without any request for the start of data. Best Regards, Paul Remde Cumulus Soaring, Inc. "Todd" wrote in message ... I don't have my manual handy but I think the serial configuration is 4800,8,N,1 If it is not streaming, try 9600 baud with/without the NULL modem. It is a pretty simple device so it usually "just works". Old versions of GLideNav II work well with it. |
