The poll and election are open to SSA members on the US Pilot Ranking
List.

Pilots: please note that the PRL is still being updated for 2011, so
if a pilot flew a contest in 2011 and can't access the poll, use the
"survey administrator" link at the bottom of the survey and we'll fix
the problem.
