Need Help With Compaq 1550
Hi Dan,
Take both batteries out while not connected to external power and leave them out for about 30 minutes. Then put them back in and it should boot fine. Paul Remde Cumulus Soaring, Inc. It's hung at the "Q" splash screen and, when put on the cradle, the light does not come on. I can't shut it off, only do a hard reset, and then it goes back to the splash screen. Is it trash? Anybody have a suggestion?
