The USA Competition Committee has issued a waiver for the 2012

Hmm, I just read the waiver, and the maximum handicap allowed is 3.5%, considerably more than the 2% handicap for standard class over 15m under the old 'combined std/15m class rules for regionals. Not that we should notice the 5000lb elephant in the room, but doesn't that kind of indicate that it is time to simply fold the standard class into the 15m class, with a 2-3% handicap? TA |
