Has anyone written an Android app that replicates the Cambridge 302 utility? It's making its way into XCSoar. It's not complete, has bugs. Secure flight d/l to android device does work, but puts the flight log in /logs rather than /flights which might confuse your scorer at a contest. It uses a long file name format which can't be validated properly using the (disgusting) dos based valicam2 utility which the powers that be still use to validate flights for badge & record purposes (minor: just rename the file, this has no effect on security). Waypoint database transfer doesn't work at all, will erase all waypoints from the 302 if you force the issue. Some, but not all setup options can be changed in the 302 via xcs, don't recall which ones aren't supported. -Evan Ludeman / T8 |
