At 5'6" & 155lbs you'd fit a Ventus 2a.
Smaller Fus so better performance. Not really enough performance difference between any of the current crop of 15m to make a difference. Go for the one with the best trailer PF (Alternatively, stick with your '20 & spend the money saved on aerotows!)
