Had my canopy off today to do some work behind the panel. I accidentally leaned against the panel and it slammed down. I powered up and everything works except for the CAI302. The display turns on and, IIRC, the needle swung, but it never got beyond the second screen, the one which displays a number at the top and the firmware version at the bottom. The wind got pretty strong today at Moriarty so I put it back in the trailer. My plan for tomorrow is to disconnect everything and reconnect thinking that a connector or wire might have come loose. There's no indication of damage by looking at the screen. Any suggestions? I sort of remember the temperature probe can cause funny stuff if it's not plugged in correctly or is damaged. Make sure it's secure; if that doesn't work, try unplugging it. The technician at Cambridge has been helpful in the past when I had a problem. -- Eric Greenwell - Washington State, USA (change ".netto" to ".us" to email me) |

Thanks, Eric
As I reported the other day, it was, in fact, the probe. It must have gotten jarred loose when the panel slammed down. Simply unplugging and plugging it back in fixed the problem. I'll file that one away for future reference. "Eric Greenwell" wrote in message ... On 4/25/2013 4:37 PM, Dan Marotta wrote: Had my canopy off today to do some work behind the panel.
