WX Block/WX Seal Question

So last year I buffed out my Libelle with 3M Finesse, and then waxed and sealed it with WX Block/Seal. Since spring has tentatively arrived here in the frozen tundra of the upper midwest, I started thinking about getting the old girl ready for the season.
So do I need to do any surface prep before reapplying the WX block other than washing off the winter grime and dirt? If not what do you suggest to do?
Thanks

If your finish is in great shape then no need for sanding out crazing or 3M polishing. You can start with Wx Seal & Block (after wiping clean with soap and water). Wx Seal is a cleaning-sealing compound which conditions the surface. Wx seal will clean residual dirt and wax then seals microscopic porosity.
Wx Block is the second step which can be applied on paint and gel coats. It has UV protection, anti-static properties and gel coat gloss.
