OLC FAI triangle geometry different than FAI
So just "based" on FAI, but not exactly. The OLC writes its own rules... For the FAI Sporting Code the threshold is 750 km rather than 500 km for OLC (& some other national contests). See Section 1.4.6 b in the current Sporting Code Section 3 - Gliding or Section 3.1.9 in the version valid from October 2015. HEM
