" Towing hook : safety type TOST EUROPA 72 fixed in the fuselage
front part below the instrument panel. The hook is opened by means
of pulling the releasing handle and is closed automatically when the
handle is released due to the spring loading. During the winch
launching the rope is released when the rope angle reaches the
proper maximum value. The access to the hook is free when the
instrument panel and its base are disassembled. "
