LS-3a Polar Info. Wanted.

My P.O.H. does not include a Polar Curve Graph, so I'm having difficulty finding difficulty in finding speeds for Min. sink, speeds to fly in Headwind/Tailwind, and in sink. Any Help is appreciated.
