If you've got a better idea to look for "low hanging fruit", feel free
to share it. The concept of looking over aircraft registration for
possible ownership/registration glitches seems like one that could be
productive with very little effort.

Or we could just wait until some bonehead DOES pull off some terrorist
action using a GA aircraft and deal with it then...
