Just as soon as they give me the option of changing the units to knots
and feet like they do at Skylines.aero...

Nope. It thanked me nicely, but behaved the same way. Any other
suggestions?

Send them money and get a Smiley?

You can click on "Service" and then at the bottom of the page, fill out the support request form. The support guys will be able to help you.

Thanks! I'll give that a try.

Glad I hadn't sent this first. I did as you suggested, selected, "I
cannot claim a flight", and this is the instant response from the website:

Please ask somebody else with more experience (a competitor with smiley
may be able to help you)

Now /_THAT's_/ customer service!

So I tried again stating that I don't remember my login details. We'll
see what comes of that...

And every time I go to their personal information page, my email address
field is blank. I have used two valid email addresses and neither seems
to work after 5 years of using them. Must be another software "upgrade"...

E-mail address blank...
Dan, do you only accept cookies from specific websites? Have you updated your browser? Some newer browser versions ie Firefox require sites on the exception list to be specified with http or https, www, etc. It used to be just domain name dot thingy.

Same thing was happening with mine I was using one email address, an earthlink addrees, and nothing happened and I never received a confirmation email. Switched to Gmail address, got confirmation email, and life with OLC has been good since...

Send your flight to GlidePort.Aero for analysis..... very much nicer user interface (but no OLC points)
