Default ASG-29 water dump rates

Our ASG29Es dumps about 65 liters a minute starting from full.
From 50 liters remaining it goes down to 60 l/m.
From 30 liters remaining it goes down to 50 l/m.
Last 10 liters go slow at about 35 l/m.

Tail is 1 liter per 8 sec.

Adjusting the system can make quite some difference.
