SS1 landed first- WK did a flyby and a nice break over the runway
before landing about 10 minutes later.

Any report of this flight on the net?

and, what kind of aircraft is the White Knight?

Custom made,composite airframe(I believe),two jet engines.One of a
kind.

Take a look at www.scaled.com for photo's. No one will ever accuse
Burt of being an in-the-box thinker.

Well,it(the "white Knight") does follow the style of the P-38 and that
cargo plane I only remember as the "flying boxcar".
