Yes, 40 gliders at one time in 15m. I wish I had a video camera in the cockpit today for the start. You had to be very careful for the first 50 km. Hard to even pick a line without someone over/under left/right of you. I started about 3/4 of the way in the pack at about 1:00 minute after gate opened. All I could see was gliders filling the sky in front of me. Amazing site, but very crowded.
