Bladder tank replacement

We just had both extended range fuel tank bladders replaced on our 182P. The labor bill was 25 hours on one side and 24 on the other. Would anyone who has been through bladder replacement please offer an opinion as to whether this was excessivly long? I just removed the right bladderandinstalled new one right. took about 15 hours total. this was a 58 182
