Phone # for Reno area glider guy
Just as a data point, I've flown in and around Reno (Stead, Minden, Truckee, Air Sailing) for a couple of decades, and I've never heard of the guy.
Your best bet might be to follow up on the trailer registration or to check county records. If you'll email me some more information, I might be able to help you dig into it a bit more. --Bob K.
