HUMAN RIGHTS and the FLYING VET

There are no human rights in Britain.

Both the "European Convention on Human Rights" and the "United Nations
Declaration on Human Rights" grant to every accused person a free and
public hearing.

By the law of REVERSAL, the British ruling gang DENY such public
hearings to the accused.

We have the "Norman Conquest", where Norman "The Conqueror" Scarth
conquered Britain at the European Court of Human Rights in
Strasbourg:

Here is a significant paragraph from that:

"FINAL SUBMISSIONS TO THE court by the government"

"25. By letter of 11 May 1999, the Government conceded that there had
been a violation of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention in the
circumstances of this application."

So Britain SURRENDERED to Norman "The Conqueror", and agreed it was in
the wrong.

However, Britain does not recognise its obligations under that
Convention. Paragraph 17 of the Scarth ruling quotes Lord Justice
Morritt as follows:

'Lord Justice Morritt noted that the "European Convention on Human
Rights is not part of our law in the way the European Community law
is, and the provisions of the county court rule to which I have
referred entitled the District Judge to hold the hearing in
private".'

Not so. Here is some of the history of the Convention on Human Rights,
from Leeds university:

"The Convention was finalised in 1950, with the UK as an original
signatory and ratifying state in 1951. It came into force in 1953."

So Britain was a signatory to the European Convention long before the
European Community was even thought of.

The British government, and the authorities (such as lawyers, doctors,
police and politicians) are part of a sinister devil-worshipping gang
that has existed since 1712, and was condemned as "depraved and
perverted" by eight Popes of Rome:

All their morals, and their logic are BACKWARD. The devil is their
"God". If a member does not worship the devil, he will be tortured
until he does. Each member is terrorised into being a terrorist. The
membership is secret. No member makes his own decisions, but is
commanded to commit his crimes from his "Master" (from above). So NONE
is in control of his life.

Wrong is right, right is wrong. Driven by fear, each member will
follow that formula. So, although it comes across as pig-headedness,
in reality it is FEAR that makes each member do what is WRONG.

Members are given fake degrees. The "doctor" does not know ANYTHING
about medicine, and MUST NOT LEARN. He will be tortured if he tries.
The "lawyer" knows no law.

It is no surprise that "Lord Justice Morritt" knows NOTHING of the
history of human rights in Britain. He has been installed as an
"authority" on the matter, but is simply reciting what his Master told
him to say.

We can see how corrupt the British system is, when people like Lord
Jeffrey Archer are put into the House of Lords, and then revealed in
court to have committed forgery. Where did Morritt come from?

There is so much crime committed by the government that when someone
reports an irregularity, he puts himself in danger. Town Councillor
Maurice Kellett reported that local miners wanted their mines to be
CLOSED. There was no more coal. Three major attempts were made on
Councillor Kellett's life. For example, a delivery man punched
Councillor Kellett to the ground, and drove his van over him. A
policeman refused to help by sending the Councillor to hospital.

What was going on? The people running the mines were members of that
"devil-worshipping gang". They had EMBEZZLED the funds of the mining
company, to finance the various wars. If the miners were dismissed,
they would need "golden handshakes" and pensions. So the embezzlement
would come to light.

Similarly, Maurice Kirk had stumbled upon something bigger than he
knew. He was now being victimised by the Gang. Based on REVERSAL (the
innocent are guilty, and the guilty - if members of the Gang - are
innocent), the courts kept inventing accusations against Maurice
Kirk.

Norman "The Conqueror" did not fare any better. various stories like
the "Great Texas Chainsaw Massacre" and the "Throwing of Nuclear
Bombs" were told in court to make out that Norman was criminal - as
revenge for his success in Strasbourg.

Maurice Kirk, the Flying Vet, bought a plane from a film company. It
has an old Lewis-gun on it. The weapon was rusted up, had been
decommissioned, and was incomplete - having NO TRIGGER. Maurice wanted
the plane, not the weapon. He sold the weapon.

The film company was not charged with possession and sale of a weapon.
The new owner was not charged with ownership of a weapon. It was
Maurice Kirk who was accused of possessing and selling a weapon.
MONTHS after he had parted with it.

In court, he was granted bail. Then the police appealed, and the bail
was withdrawn. Maurice appealed under Habeas Corpus, asking to plead
his case for being set free in a public court. He has, after all, NO
HISTORY OF VIOLENCE.

The court refused, saying he could say his piece over a VIDEO LINK
which could be censored.

However, the Convention on Human Rights - which Britain signed in 1951
- and the Scarth ruling both make clear that Maurice MUST BE ALLOWED a
public hearing.

Maurice went on hunger strike, to emphasise this point.
