Hi,
Trig just increased the price of the TT21 transponders. The new price is $2095 - which is still a very good price for a Mode S transponder with built-in altitude encoder. I have 2 units remaining in stock at the old price. Contact me for details. Best Regards, Paul Remde Cumulus Soaring, Inc. |

Hi Noel,
No. That price was established at the new level when it was introduced a month or to ago. It remains at the $2395 price. It will be interesting to see how many glider pilots will pay the additional $300 to get a unit legal for use up to 35,000 ft. Paul Remde "noel.wade" wrote in message ... Which begs a question:
Do Mode S transponders let ATC know what altitude they are certified to? Jim On Mar 5, 10:44*am, "Paul Remde" wrote: *It will be interesting to see how many glider pilots will pay the additional $300 to get a unit legal for use up to 35,000 ft. |

Hi Jim,
I don't think so. But for only $300 extra it may make sense to go to the high-power version if you plan to fly higher than 15K often. Best Regards, Paul Remde "JS" wrote in message ...
