South African National Gliding Championships

With 3 days remaining, the Open/18 Metre and 15 Metre have 4 days and
the Club Class has 3 days of competition each. Today's 508k task
should see the mob stretch their legs for the first time.

With 10 [count 'em all!] JS1s ganging up on the the lonely ASW 27s
they may still yet grab the pot!

The Day 4 500km race is now scored and the results continue to
highlight the excellent performance of the JS -1 's . Congratulations
to the Jonker brothers on the design of this outstanding Sailplane .
Of course there are 3 more days to go so it's not over yet . Hopefully
good conditions will prevail and allow the contest to end on a high
note .
